Liberty Group

Liberty Group is a 10-week supportive group programme that explores how to stay safe in and out of abusive relationships, the tactics that abusers use, the effect that abuse has had on us as individuals and identifying early warning signs. It allows young women, aged 16-24, to access the support of peers whilst learning about domestic abuse in a safe and friendly environment.

The programme has been designed to be interactive, inclusive and educational. In Liberty Group, attendees will cover safety planning, the warning signs, power and control, as well as personal boundaries and building healthy relationships in a way that is engaging and promotes self-care.
