Liberty House Referral

Liberty House is a specialist safe accommodation and targeted support service for young women aged 16-24 who are single, pregnant or have young children and are at risk of homelessness and have experienced domestic abuse.

A Liberty House referral can be made for anyone who fulfils the above criteria by:

  • Yourself
  • A professional agency

Referral form guidance

Before submitting a Liberty House referral form to Rising Sun, please read through our guidance to ensure we can process your referral within a timely manner.

  • The Liberty House referral form is for young women aged 16-24 who are single, pregnant or have young children and are at risk of homelessness and have experienced domestic abuse
  • We are not emergency accommodation, we only provide long-term supported accommodation
  • Please note that our referral process for Liberty House takes a minimum of two weeks
  • If a referral is accepted, young women will be offered an assessment interview
  • Please return all referral forms, password protected, to referrals@risingsunkent.com
